LINKFRESH Appoints New Customer Success Director
24th May, 2017, Cambridge, UK; LINKFRESH, the leading global provider of supply chain software solutions for the fresh food industry, has announced the recent appointment of Jeremy Wardell in the new position of Customer Success Director.
In his role as Customer Success Director, Jeremy will shine the LINKFRESH spotlight firmly on the customer relationship and the total customer experience, ensuring customers optimise the success of their LINKFRESH solution. In addition, Jeremy will be injecting his extensive knowledge and expertise into other areas of the customer journey, such as: communications and feedback, pre-sales, project delivery, product development, customer on-boarding, product training and ongoing customer support.

Previously, Jeremy has accumulated many years of customer success expertise working with other computer software and technology companies in a variety of roles from project delivery and deployment to product and operational management.
